A lot of Ohioans seem to like the goal of one of Governor Ted Strickland's latest proposals - an expanded tax break for senior citizens and disabled Ohioans who own their own homes. But key players at the state capitol are not sure the state can afford to give such a big tax break. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen files this report:
