A blood alcohol test taken eight hours after a fatal crash in 2005 showed a Delaware County driver was under the legal limit for drunk driving. Now the Ohio Supreme Court is deciding if that test can be used against him in the case involving the death of his passenger. Statehouse correspondent Karen Kasler reports. |
