Order Online : "The State of Ohio"
This week on "The State of Ohio": State lawmakers consider what they can do in the wake of the horrible and yet miraculous escape story out of Cleveland involving three women held prisoner in a house for a decade. And more thoughts on legislation that would dramatically change rules on unions in Ohio.

Strickland won't show his position on strip club crackdown bill.
By Jo Ingles - May 17, 2007
Gov. Strickland won't say where he stands on a legislative bill that would crack down on strip clubs. The House has passed a bill that would mandate that no nude dancing could take place at strip clubs after midnight. The Senate is now considering that measure. Strickland says he'll be taking a close look at the legal ramifications of any strip club bill that comes to his desk.

Strickland says he thinks the bill is meaningless to the lives of most Ohioans. Strickland says he's focused on other issues right now like improving education, health care, and Ohio's economy.
