Some shcool districts throughout ohio offer full time kindergarten - all day long, five days a week. And in some of those cases, parents are asked to foot the bill for the extra time spent in the classroom. But as Ohio Public Radio's Jo ingles reports, Ohio's Attorney General says state law does not permit that option. |
