Hundreds of thousands of Ohio women don't get maternity leave, but upcoming vote could change that.

The Ohio Civil Rights Commission has scheduled a meeting later this month to vote on a proposed new rule that would require all Ohio employers to offer pregnant workers at least twelve weeks of maternity leave. Meanwhile, a group backing the proposal has released a new study, showing hundreds of thousands of Ohio working women don't get leave for pregnancy and childbirth. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
