City accused of racism against African Americans gets its first black elected official tomorrow.

The eyes of the nation will be focused on the results of Ohio's March 4th Presidential primary, but that's not the only groundbreaking decision being made tomorrow. Last year, a federal court case determined that the city of Euclid's system of ward and at-large council elections discriminated against black voters. Now, a new map has been drawn, and the city is about to get its first elected African American official. From Ohio Public Radio member station WCPN, David C. Barnett has more.
