Local manufacturers say they may see a bright spot in the struggling economy: the drop in the value of the dollar means the prices of US-made products are more competitive abroad than they've been in decades. That development had manufacturers from around the Great Lakes region who gathered in Cleveland thinking about how to best compete in the changing market.
