Lawmakers wants to stub out parts of the smoking ban, and that has critics fuming.

In the year the state's smoking ban has been in effect, most Ohioans have gotten used to it, whether they like it or not. Now a lawmaker says the law needs exemptions that voters wanted in the first place. Statehouse correspondent Karen Kasler talked with that lawmaker and an opponent who says Ohioans are happy with the ban as it is.
