By Bill Cohen - August 28, 2008
Some Ohioans are continuing to see extra charges on their monthly telephone bills for services they didn't intend to buy. And those customers have been filing complaints about it with a state government agency. Ryan Lippe works with the Office of Consumers Counsel. Its job is to represent residential customers on utility issues. Lippe talks with Ohio Public Radio's Bill Cohen.
