Some Ohioans are continuing to see extra charges on their monthly telephone bills for services they didn't intend to buy. And those customers have been filing complaints about it with a state government agency. Ryan Lippe works with the Office of Consumers Counsel. Its job is to represent residential customers on utility issues. Lippe talks with Ohio Public Radio's Bill Cohen.
