The supporters of a ballot issue that would toss out Ohio's new crackdown on payday lenders could be in trouble. Elections officials in Ohio's largest counties are reporting high numbers of invalid signatures on their petitions. But supporters and opponents of the law are pushing hard toward the fall ballot. Ohio Public Radio's Karen Kasler sat down with spokespeople from both sides of the issue. |
