For the fourth time in 18 years, Ohioans are voting on a ballot proposal to legalize casino gambling. Backers of the plan are spending more than 20 million dollars to convince people to vote yes, and opponents of the plan are spending more than 20 million to convince people to vote no. Today, statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen begins a two-part series, wrapping up the arguments from both sides. |
