A big boulder continues to sit in a far corner of a city garage in Portsmouth, after being raised from the Ohio River by a team of divers more than a year ago. People in Ohio say that stone - the Indian Head Rock - is a piece of local history that should be celebrated. But a controversy with Kentucky is holding it captive in this inauspicious location. WOUB's Fred Kight has the story.
