In spite of tough indoor smoking law, anti-smoking activists give Ohio a failing grade.

Health advocates give Ohio a failing grade when compared with other states when it comes to tobacco control laws. That might come as a surprise to some Ohioans since the state's public places became smoke-free last year after the voters okayed a tough new anti-smoking law. But the report card looked at long term factors too. And as Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports, that's where Ohio lost ground.
