The expectations are high for Gov. Strickland's State of the State speech on tomorrow, as Ohioans listen for solutions to the state's economic problems and for his proposals to reform public education. One school funding expert has an idea that he says could revolutionize the system, but critics say his plan isn't worth fighting for. Statehouse correspondent Karen Kasler reports. |
