A familiar piece of legislation has been introduced in the Ohio house. The bill that's intended to crack down on "puppy mills" has re-surfaced. In the past, dog breeders have rallied against the measure. Democratic state representative Bob Hagan, is one of the sponsors of the newly introduced bill. In an interview with Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles, Hagan explains how this bill is different than in the past. |
