Advocates for kids, elderly and low-income Ohioans cheer budget but admit concerns about future.

Groups which help low-income and vulnerable Ohioans are cheering House Democrats for restoring millions of dollars in social services spending in their version of the state budget. But the criticism is starting to grow about whether this spending is the right choice over time. Statehouse correspondent Karen Kasler reports.
