Gov. Ted Strickland took more than a hour today to deliver his third annual state-of-the-state address to legislators, but it was packed full of material. Among other things, he proposed ways to fill a projected $7.3 billion shortfall in the upcoming state budget. Statehouse correspondents Bill Cohen and Karen Kasler report now on the speech...and the reaction. |
