House Democrats add many things to their budget, but cut governor's proposal on sentencing reform.

The House added millions in spending to the governor's budget when passing its version of the spending plan. But one thing that was taken out was sentencing reform for the state's prison system, even as the inmate population is expected to grow by nearly a fifth in the next ten years in a system that some say is already dangerously overcrowded. Ohio Public Radio's Karen Kasler reports.
