A former Morgan Local High School teacher is under fire for allegedly forcing a teen student to remove her underwear. Mark Weaver, the attorney for the student, says the teacher used poor judgement in dealing with the 15 year old girl. |

| Weaver is asking Ohio's superintendent of public instruction to have an emergency hearing to determine whether the teacher, who has since resigned, should continue to hold her teaching license. As long as she has that, she is eligible to teach in other schools throughout the state. |
