Governor says no more study is needed on his education plan - it just needs to be put in place.

Some critics of Gov. Ted Strickland's proposed education plan say more study is needed before it can be implemented. But Strickland says he's not willing to wait any longer to change Ohio's schools.

(.....reforming our schools :16) Strickland's plan includes lengthening the school year, providing all day every day kindergarten for students, and requiring students to take a popular college entrance exam while doing away with the current state tests.
