Controversial issue to set livestock standards has farmers flying high, animal advocates angry.

There's a very good chance Ohio voters will be voting this fall on a measure intended to set standards for the state's farm industry. Lawmakers are throwing their support behind a plan that would give the state's voters a chance to decide whether to amend the constitution to allow for a commission that would oversee the care of livestock in the state. Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports.

The Ohio House passed the plan today, and the Ohio Senate is expected to do the same tomorrow.
