There's a very good chance Ohio voters will be voting this fall on a measure intended to set standards for the state's farm industry. Lawmakers are throwing their support behind a plan that would give the state's voters a chance to decide whether to amend the constitution to allow for a commission that would oversee the care of livestock in the state. Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports. |
