Chief elections officer says wait time at polls can't be capped, but voters' group thinks otherwise.

The election of 2004 brought Ohio to the national forefront. Stories about long lines at polling places and disenfranchised voters were common. Ohio's Elections officials have been looking at what need sto be done to make sure those long lines don't happen again. Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles has details.
