Ohio lawmakers are considering a bill that would change the way phone companies in Ohio are regulated. Phone companies say the bill is needed to stay competitive. But consumer advocates say it will raise telephone bills and do away with important consumer protections. Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports. |
