Republicans who control the Ohio Senate still won't tip their hands and reveal whether they will go along with the Democrats' plan to delay this year's 4.2% in the state income tax. But the GOP senators are making one thing clear - they will go along with the Democrats' plan to trim legislators' pay. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen explains. |
