Supreme Court's ruling on campaign spending could have big impact in even small races.

Much has been made of how the U.S. Supreme Court's recent ruling on campaign finance law sets the stage for corporations to wield much more influence in elections. Most of the focus has been on the ruling's potential impact on national, and to a lesser extent, state politics. But as Bill Rice of Ohio Public Radio member station WCPN in Cleveland reports, the ruling could change the nature of even the most localized political campaigns.
