Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner is proposing a bill that she says would offer solutions to the U-S Supreme Court's controversial decision on corporate donations to political campaigns.
Brunner's plan would make it mandatory for corporations who fund political or issue campaigns in the Buckeye State to file paperwork with the Ohio Secretary of State's office. That office would then make those disclosures available for the public on its website. |
