There are few things that politicians of both parties agree on in an election year, but one of them seems to be that the state's Third Frontier program is worth supporting. But Ohioans prepare to vote on whether it deserves another $700 million in funding, the Third Frontier does have critics who doubt it's done all the supporters say it has. Ohio Public Radio's Karen Kasler sat down with the chief architect of the state's high-tech jobs creating initiative and one of its most vocal critics.
