Gov. Ted Strickland and other supporters of the proposed passenger train linking Cleveland, Columbus, and Cincinnati say it's time to start spending some of the $400 million the federal government has offered Ohio for the project. But skeptical Republicans in the legislature are putting up a yellow caution flag. They say - they're more likely to sidetrack the 3C project if backers try to give it a green light now. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
