Districts being urged to deal with bullies who torment student victims online.

Ohio law already requires schools to formulate an anti-bullying policy, but some state legislators say it may not go far enough. They're calling for a new law that would target bullying that's done with computers, cellphones, e-mails, or Facebook accounts. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen files this report:
