Ohioans won't be voting this year on a plan to exempt Ohioans from mandates in the federal health insurance law after all. The Tea Party movement had launched a petition drive to put an exemption plan onto the November ballot.. But statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports it has fizzled, at least for this year. |
