Expert urges officials to "think the unthinkable" on budget, but critic says there are other options.

Lawmakers have been hearing how bad the upcoming budget deficit is, but aren’t making any moves to do anything about it. However, experts are offering up what they see are options – one think tank’s report that proposes a package of cuts in spending and tax breaks and increases in taxes. But at least one critic says it’s the wrong approach. Ohio Public Radio’s Karen Kasler has more.
