In less than eight weeks, Cuyahoga County voters do it all over again. Tuesday, in a low-turnout primary, they picked their parties' nominees for their first ever county executive and 11-member county council. On November 2, they'll winnow that further. For Ohio Public Radio, WKSU's M.L. Schultze talked with John Green of the University of Akron's Bliss Institute about what's likely to mark the campaigns over the next two months. |
