Before Democratic Gov. Ted Strickland leaves office, he has a few things to take care of - including deciding on some 1,200 applications for clemency from Ohio convicts. Strickland says he's spent several hours on the stack of applications already.
Strickland says the first round of clemency rulings should come out in the next week or two. |
