Gov.-elect John Kasich says businesses need certainty in order to operate but he says they haven't found that in Ohio. He's hoping the men he's picked to head the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources can change that. Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports. |
