Developers of the new casino slated for downtown Cleveland unveiled the plan for "phase one" of the project. Rock Ohio Caesars says the project will provide 2,000 construction jobs, and permanently employ 1,600 when the casino opens. Reporter Dan Bobkoff has more. |
