Backers of a bill that would eliminate or change collective bargaining rights say the legislation is needed because government can no longer afford its public employees. But thousands of union members who've been converging on the Ohio Statehouse in recent weeks say this is not a good way to control costs. Now there are different reports about the effects of the proposed collective bargaining bill. Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports. |
