House budget includes good news and bad news for students at various Ohio colleges.

The Ohio House's version of the proposed two-year state budget makes some changes to state funidng available to Ohio's lowest-income college students. It's good news for students who attend Ohio's for-profit colleges, but bad news for students at non-profit independent four year universities. Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports.
