Governor is pleased but cautious about latest downtick in unemployment rate.

Ohio’s unemployment rate has dropped slowly but surely for fourteen straight months. From member station WOSU in Columbus, Steve Brown has this overlook.

Gov. John Kasich is glad that Ohio’s official unemployment rate has just dropped another .3%, but he’s being careful not to get overly-excited about it. The new rate is 8.6%. That's the lowest in more than two years, but Kasich is being cautious as he talks about Ohio becoming more and more business-friendly.
