| Gov. John Kasich is glad that Ohio’s official unemployment rate has just dropped another .3%, but he’s being careful not to get overly-excited about it. The new rate is 8.6%. That's the lowest in more than two years, but Kasich is being cautious as he talks about Ohio becoming more and more business-friendly. |
