Are foster children with psychological problems or criminal backgrounds enough of a safety threat that police and schools should be notified when the kids move into a new neighborhood? That’s the question being debated by Ohio legislators and foster care officials. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports the foster care officials have protested a proposed notification mandate so strongly, it’s being watered down. |
