New budget includes tough new punishments for schools with failing tests scores.
By M.L. Schultze - August 3, 2011

StateImpact Ohio, an education reporting collaborative of Ohio Public Radio stations and NPR, is taking a closer look this week at the new standards. Editor M.L. Schultze talks with reporter Molly Bloom about how the new state standards affect federal attempts to turn schools around.
