This week on "The State of Ohio": State lawmakers consider what they can do in the wake of the horrible and yet miraculous escape story out of Cleveland involving three women held prisoner in a house for a decade. Governor says cost of moving State of the State is worth it, but Democratic critic isn't sure.

For more than a century, governors have spoken to a joint session at the Ohio Statehouse. It is the one time of the year when Ohio Supreme Court justices, cabinet members and other invited guests gather together to hear an annual State of the State speech outlining the Governor’s initiatives. Gov. John Kasich is breaking tradition this year and it’s causing some controversy. Ohio Public Radio’s Jo Ingles reports.
