Gov. John Kasich has a word of caution for some Ohio tea party activists who are vowing to use a petition drive to put a constitutional amendment onto the ballot that could hurt labor unions. The so-called right-to-work proposal would ban labor contracts that require workers to pay union dues to hold onto their jobs. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
