A small bipartisan group of Ohio lawmakers is proposing a plan that they say would make redistricting more fair and less political. But a citizens group that’s been pushing for change for more than a decade now isn’t so sure about the legislators’ proposal. Ohio Public Radio’s Jo Ingles reports. |
