For months, environmental activists have been calling for a moratorium on the drilling technique known as horizontal fracking - at least until it’s declared safe by the USEPA. Ohio’s attorney general is not joining the call for a moratorium, but he is joining the environmentalists’ call for tougher rules on fracking. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen files this report. |
