U.S. Supreme Court will let lower court ruling on death penalty stand for now.
By Jo Ingles - February 8, 2012

The justices will not take up a decision made by a lower court that\'s put Ohio's death penalty on hold until certain conditions are met. In an interview with Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles, Attorney General Mike DeWine says the high court is refusing to allow the execution of a man convicted of killing a Trumbull county couple back in 1986.
