While the oil and gas drilling industry has been protesting the governor’s proposal to increase the severance tax to fund an across-the-board income tax cut, some critics are raising concerns about how that revenue will be used. Ohio Public Radio’s Karen Kasler talked to two experts about whether the money should go back to local governments that got huge cuts in the budget.
