New data shows more than half of all violent crimes are committed by a very small numbers of offenders. Lawmakers are now working to target that tiny group. Yesterday, Gov. Kasich said everywhere he looks in Ohio he finds something else to fix, so it’s no surprise that his mid-biennial budget review read like a laundry list of proposed policy changes on energy companies, banks, taxes. StateImpact Ohio’s Ida Lieszkovszky reports that many of the items on that list also touched on Ohio’s schools. |
