Ohio is a major player in the U.S. Supreme Court hearing on the constitutionality of the new national health care law. The justices today began hearing three days worth of oral arguments over whether it’s okay for the federal government to order virtually everyone to have medical insurance. Since Ohio is one of the 26 states that are officially challenging the law, activist groups for and against it have been rallying their supporters. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
