Earlier this week, lawyers for wrongfully-imprisoned Ohioans expressed outrage about a proposal from Gov. John Kasich that would block some of those former prisoners from collecting thousands or millions of dollars in compensation. Now, statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has learned that the proposal is being withdrawn by its original source - the attorney general’s office |
