Supporters of so-called "right to work" issue unveil report, but critics say it's nothing new.

Supporters call it “right to work.” Critics call it “the right to work for less.” Both sides are talking about the same thing: a proposal to change Ohio law so that no longer could union contracts require workers to pay money to unions in order to get or keep a job. While some tea party activists gather petition signatures to put that idea onto the ballot, a think-tank boosting free-market ideals has released a study applauding the concept. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports the study’s conclusions are predictable, and so is the response from critics.
